The next few days are all about organisation and having food to get started on to lessen the impact and make things easier for me. With the protocol I will be following I need two portions of lean protein at 100gms serves, so I am stocking the freezer with portions I can grab and cook. I will be doing this with some of my veggies too just in case I either don't have time or I am ravenous and need to eat quickly.
Just can't wait to get started. But as with some programs if I am not ready and organised I just don't get very far and fall off. I don't want this to happen this time and am giving myself the best chance to stick with it.
