Then one day someone has been on the Changing Habits, Changing Lives protocol. I had heard of this book and also the lady who wrote this is also big in Thermomix land (the protocol has nothing to do with Thermomix). https://changinghabits.com.au/. It basically strips you back and then slowly introducing you back to your foods, this way it enables you to find out which are your trigger foods, the ones cause inflammation in yourself. It also gets your sleeping metabolism up and running again so it attacks your fat stores. I highly recommend her book, its a fantastic read and really opens your eyes to how you can change the way you eat to get a more healthier you.
I am definitely going to start this soon so stay tune. I will also post my measurements as this will be the biggest change in me first. And maybe some now photos (even though I absolutely HATE photos in general).
